BISS: Tea Leaf Green and What Else Is Up This Weekend?

Ladies and Gentlemen of the BISS list!

Thank you all for your great responses to the ticket give-away to see Tea Leaf Green on Saturday night 9/30 at the Fillmore ! We have decided to award the pair of tickets to Brooke G for her wonderful answer which was sent at 2:45 AM.

You should give me the tickets because I can't sleep tonight and am therefore awake to be the first recipient of your email and respond! I am moving all day that day and will need to enjoy life shortly thereafter. Also, I have never seen Tea Leaf Green but if you say they are good that is good enough for me. And I shall offer you a delicious pre concert dinner of corn meal pizza at mozzarella di buffalo around the corner from the Fillmore before the show!! :)

Ok so we aren’t sure that she really forwarded to 40 million people. But how great that we get to turn her on to a new band that she is going to LOVE! So the rest of you buy your tickets and we’ll see you and Brooke this weekend!

We caught them at Earthdance and they were seriously one of the best bands of the entire weekend There are two shows this weekend in SF. So there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to swing either Friday at the Great American or Saturday at The Fillmore.

Did all you Burning Man folks make it back yet? Well get yourself recovered so you can get out this weekend. I am trying to keep up with the great music around town but there is just so much to keep up with!!! Don’t get me wrong, I am sure going to try!

Tonight, the plan is to check out Cowboy Mouth at the Red Devil – I hear they put on a great show! East Bay:

If you are in Oakland this holiday weekend, be sure to stop by the Art and Soul Festival but remember that the Bay Bridge is closed all weekend coming back into the city through 9/5!!
