Listen up BISSches....Prince is here!! That is right, after Monday's show, Prince is not only doing another show tonight at Oracle Arena but he also added one more show on Thursday night!! Prince, you make us BISSFUL...totally...times 10. So what is a BISS lister to do if they are not going to Prince? Well how about the 10th anniversary of NEW MONSOON at Yoshi's tonight. On Thursday night, BB KING comes to The Fox Theather in Oakland. Also on Thursday night in SF is the amazing Guitarmageddon Blues Ball to celebrate Josh Clark of Tea Leaf Green's Birthday, Guitarmageddon style! Joining Josh for the night will be an all star cast of bay area guitar slingers featuring Eli Jebidiah (Poor Man's Whiskey), Sean Leahy (Sean Leahy Trio), Dan Lebowitz (ALO/Lebo), Jeff Miller (New Monsoon), and Ryan Smith (Four Year Bender). In addition to these featured guests, there will be more surprise guests sit-ins to round out this six string, blues drenched all star jam. Come on out and celebrate the blues with Josh and his legion of Guitarmaggedon cohorts for 2 sets of music! Friday and Saturday, it's seatbelt time, (at least for Sunny, since of her favorite bands will be here for 2 nights!!) JUNO WHAT!....will be juno where, The Boom Boom Room, for their CD release party. (*WIN) This is some serious electric-funk, just remember to keep your arms in the vehicle at all times. On Saturday, in the city, it's JGB with Melvin Seals at the Great American Music Hall (Congrats to Sharon for winning tickets!! ("That girl can dance like her back has no bone" says Sunny) In the east bay, it's the RAGGA MUFFIN FESTIVAL with Bunny Wailer and Israel Vibrations performing @ The Fox!!
