Whew! Still recovering from Earthdance. What a great weekend!! It is really something special you gotta see and hear for yourself! I think Ozamatli was my favorite set of the weekend! I gotta tell you they just get better and better every time I see them. Did I mention John Scofield sat in with them? Nice!
Last week on Wednesday, I went out for Byron Rynes's Smokedaddies at the Blackthorne Tavern. I almost left after the first set to make it and early night but Jordan and Byron said they were just getting going and I should stick around. I am so glad that I did because that second set was seriously sick! And it got even crazier when the horn players came to sit in!! Looking for some serious jamming on a Wednesday night? Smokedaddies with Byron Rynes...and Jordan Feinstein!
On September 29th, you might be going to see Robert Randolph during the day at Fort Mason or maybe Widespread Panic at the Paramount that night. Maybe your even going down to DMB at Shorline.
